Superb service + professionalism + family owned/operated business = exceptional experience. I brought my car in for a simple request - remove two dings that have been bugging me for years. John greeted me, explained the process and scheduled me for 3 days later (at my convenience). 4 hours later, I picked up the car, met his brother and sister and saw my baby cleaned, polished and completely ding-free. While the idea of needing body work generally excites no one, I will only visit this shop. Thanks guys!
No one ever wants to have to get their car fixed. But after a hit & run that left my truck all banged up. I went to V&J. Donna, Jackie & John never stopped till I had what I needed. A rental car. Updates via text and a truck that looks better than the day I bought it. They are exceptional. Personable and focused on the customer. There is no other choice for our needs.
This is the best body shop I have ever used. I met or talked to the front desk, the tow-truck driver, the service manager, the business manager, and the owner. I was satisfied with every one of them. I enjoyed every phone calls to or from the shop. I enjoyed every single in-person encounters. My car was returned to me in a brand new shape and look. I had difficulty to go to get the car. Their response was "We will deliver the car to you tomorrow morning". They are real professionals, the quality of work is unbeatable, my experience with them is extremely happy! I have no hesitation to refer anyone I know who needs a service from V&J!
